一、Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with 【Store Name】. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Order Processing
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak sale periods).
- Order cut-off time: 14:00 Beijing Time. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next business day.
- Pre-order / limited-edition items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date marked on the product page.
2. Shipping Coverage & Shipping Fee
- We ship to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, United States, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and most Asian regions.
- We do not ship to sanctioned high-risk countries.
Shipping Rates:
- Mainland China: Free shipping over 【¥299】; flat shipping fee 【¥25】 under the threshold.
- Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: Flat fee 【¥40】; free shipping over 【¥599】.
- Europe / USA / Australia: Standard shipping 【$15】; free shipping over 【$200】.
- Other Asian countries: Standard shipping 【$12】; free shipping over 【$150】.
3. Delivery Time
- Mainland China: 2–5 business days
- Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: 3–7 business days
- Europe / USA / Australia: 7–14 business days
- Other Asian countries: 5–10 business days
All delivery times are estimated only. Delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, weather, airline delays or force majeure are beyond our control, and we are not liable for compensation for late delivery.
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If the package is returned or abandoned due to the buyer refusing to pay duties, no refund will be issued, and return shipping cost will be deducted.
- If goods are detained or seized by customs, we will provide supporting documents but assume no liability.
5. Order Tracking & Lost Package
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours after shipment.
- Please contact our customer service if there is no tracking update for over 15 days domestically or 25 days internationally.
- For damaged or lost packages, customers must provide photo proof within 48 hours after delivery. We will assist in claiming compensation up to the order amount (excluding shipping fee).
6. Address Change & Refusal
- Address modification is allowed within 48 hours after order placement. No changes can be made once shipped.
- Unreasonably refusing delivery will result in deduction of round-trip shipping and customs fees from your refund.
